Shipping Policy
All domestic orders ship via UPS ground. International orders will be shipped via USPS. An email confirmation will be sent to notify you that your order has been processed. An additional email will be sent with tracking when your order is shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total". Please contact us for expedited shipping options. International shipping cost are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
Exchange or store credit only (no refunds). All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns must be approved by Cofield before the return is made. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with their original packaging and packing slip. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Basic wear and tear does not qualify an item for a return. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All sales for made to order items are final and no refundable. International orders are final.
Damage Claims
All damages to shipping claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Damage claims need to be approved by Cofield before the return is made. Please email us with your claim along with photos to show the condition of the packaging and damaged item as they were received. Cofield is not responsible for return shipping fees.
Payment
All orders are processed via Stripe. Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Lead Times
Our items are made to order. Leads time are listed with additional product info. Please contact us for specific lead times, or if an expedited order is needed. Custom orders may have longer lead times.
